When you order, you share details with us on WhatsApp — typically your name, the recipient’s name and Rabwah address, a delivery date, and a card message. We use those details only to arrange and deliver your order and to reply to you about it.

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone except as needed to deliver your gift. We do not run accounts or store card details on this website — this site has no checkout and no account system.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. If you want us to delete your order details after delivery, message us on WhatsApp and ask.
